Baird's Auto and Tire employs qualified ASE-certified technicians. ASE certification takes the guesswork out of finding a good technician. The independent, non-profit National Institute for Auto-motive Service Excellence (ASE) tests and certifies the competence of individual automotive repair technicians so you can be assured of their skills and knowledge.
Proven Experience
Technicians must pass at least one of ASE’s 40-plus difficult national exams to become certified. Prior to taking ASE exams, many technicians attend training classes or put in hours of study to prepare.
Changing Technology
Today’s complex vehicles demand current technical knowledge. ASE requires technicians to re-test every five years to keep up with technology and to remain certified. All ASE credentials have expiration dates. Each year we invest in the latest technologies scanners and diagnostic software that deliver the same in depth repair analysis you would expect from your dealership. This OEM equipment ensures that we will continue to service even the newest car models with the tools and analysis that the manufacturers’ dealers themselves use.
Our diagnostic computers contain the same codes and allow us to reprogram your vehicle when necessary to complete a repair. By meeting and in some cases exceeding the standards, we complete every repair to the standards set by the car manufacturer. Thus whether you drive American, Asian, or European vehicle; you can be confident that everything from oil changes to major repairs are done right, and always in the manner designated by the car manufacturer.
